Job Title: Enrolment Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective families and oversee the entire admissions process from enquiry to enrolment.
  • Coordinate campus tours, highlighting facilities, curriculum options and school culture to showcase the institution's value proposition.
  • Provide clear guidance on admission procedures and curriculum pathways to parents, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Manage application cycles, verify and maintain accurate records of applications and student files, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Maintain and update the admissions database with details of enquiries, applicants and students, generating timely reports on admissions trends and demographic data to support strategic planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree with prior experience in school admissions or parent relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Tamil (additional languages an advantage).
  • Familiarity with admission processes and documentation for various curricula.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and school ERP/CRM systems.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, work under timelines and maintain confidentiality.
