Senior Java Struts Developer Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Struts Developer to contribute to our team. This role requires a deep understanding of Java and Struts frameworks, with hands-on experience in developing enterprise-level applications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and improve large-scale Java and Struts applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Write clean, efficient code that prioritizes performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across environments.
  • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and CI/CD processes to ensure high-quality code deployments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Java development.
  • Strong expertise in Struts 1.x and/or 2.x frameworks.
  • Familiarity with JSP, Servlets, JDBC, and SQL technologies.
  • Basic front-end skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git or SVN.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
