Job Title: Power BI Developer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Developer to join our team at Wings Inc. as a key member of our Business Intelligence division. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing robust data models, developing complex DAX formulas, and ensuring high-quality and clean data for reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement data models that meet business requirements, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Develop complex DAX formulas to create calculated columns, measures, and KPIs that support analytical needs.
• Utilize Power Query to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) to ensure sensitive data is protected, and appropriate access is granted based on user roles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop data marts that support specific business units and reporting needs.
• Monitor and optimize Power BI reports and dashboards for performance, ensuring quick load times and responsiveness.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of projects.
• Proficient in data modeling, Power Query, DAX, and RLS.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and data mart design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders.
