Job Description:

Tax Accounting Expertise

This role requires expertise in tax accounting, with a strong focus on preparing and reviewing tax returns, developing tax-efficient strategies, conducting research, and analyzing financial statements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and Review of Tax Returns: Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
  • Tax-Efficient Strategies: Develop tax-efficient strategies and solutions for clients to minimize tax liabilities.
  • Research and Compliance: Conduct tax research to stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring compliance and maximizing tax benefits for clients.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and timely delivery of tax services.
  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment processing, and collections.
