CX Strategist

As a key strategic player in our organization, you will drive business growth by developing and executing account plans to deliver exceptional CX solutions for new age clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling proposals that showcase innovative CX solutions and address complex client needs

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in CX, AI, and agentic AI to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge and competitive
