ERP Performance Testing Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP Performance Testing Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing, with experience in Oracle ERP GL Module and Load Runner. They will be responsible for creating performance test plans, scenarios, scripts, execution, results analysis, and providing insights into potential performance issues.

The successful candidate will lead a team of performance engineers to define test plans, tasks, schedules, and execution of performance testing activities, identifying performance issues before production.

They will partner with development teams to understand application changes and potential performance concerns, communicate and remediate performance issues observed during testing, and work with other IT members to achieve objectives and integrate performance tests in CI/CD pipelines.

The selected individual will develop high-quality performance test engineering principles, strategies, and best practices, providing input on process improvements to mitigate risk and enhance performance engineering processes.

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of Performance Engineering experience required.
  • Hands-on experience with Performance Testing tools (LoadRunner, Neoload).
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, ability to interpret test results and identify potential performance issues.
  • Architectural background focused on mid-tier services, client front ends, and databases.
  • Proficient in understanding testing activities and approaches in Agile, Iterative, and Waterfall methodologies.
