Senior Integration Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to design, develop and implement integration processes of varying complexity. The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of software delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements from customers, planning, designing, implementing, testing, and documenting integration processes. They will also provide technical analysis for proper handling of integration processes and Molecule/ATOM deployments.

Key responsibilities include project execution, including project planning and risk identification, as well as project closure, including assessing and helping manage risks to closure.

The selected candidate will design and set up Molecule/Atom Runtime infrastructure on Cloud or On-Premise with High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR). They will also advise project teams during system development to assure compliance with vision and stakeholders through discussion and presentations.

Other key responsibilities include ensuring integration designs meet the architectural blueprint for business applications, translating business processes and requirements into technical integration requirements and designs, and recommending and implementing Boomi best practices for implementing integrations using the Boomi AtomSphere integration platform.

We are looking for candidates with a BE/B.Tech degree or ME/M.Tech (or equivalent) and minimum 9-14 years of IT work experience in professional services/consulting, architecting, and delivering solutions in the Systems Integration space, SaaS experience desirable.

Key skills and qualifications include:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Boomi architecting, designing, and developing Boomi projects
• Experience in a customer-facing environment such as technical consulting
• Deep knowledge of EDI Integration, API Management and Master Data Hub or Master Data Management
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows environments
• Technical understanding of Web Services technologies including REST, SOAP
• Experience with enterprise integration tools, middleware technologies, and application and data integration patterns including ESB, MOM, JMS, SOAP/REST web services, databases, ETL
• Experience with web services (REST & SOAP), Javascript/Groovy languages, XSLT language, and Mainstream Databases: NoSQL, Oracle, Microsoft

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively. They will be able to convert business requirements into a Boomi solution leveraging their understanding of technologies and their capabilities.

Desirable requirements include familiarity with Boomi Elements like EDI, API Management, Master Data Hub (MDH), and other visual-based integration middleware platforms, database skills including SQL, data modeling, and databases (e.g. Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL), messaging/streaming knowledge including Solace, Kafka, JMS (e.g. ActiveMQ, MQSeries, OracleAQ), preferred experience in Java, JavaScript, Groovy, Agile and DevOps methodologies, familiarity with Mulesoft/Apigee/Workato/Tibco, integration endpoint experience with SAP, Workday, NetSuite, Coupa, Solace, Kafka, MS Dynamics 365, Salesforce, knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CICD), exposure to Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP), SAP, Kubernetes, Docker.
