Transformative Digital Experiences Intern

Job Opportunity:

As a Transformative Digital Experiences Intern, you will collaborate closely with experienced designers and engineers to craft seamless and impactful digital experiences.

The role involves supporting the design and development of features across web and mobile platforms, working on diverse digital investment platforms that cater to various user groups. Our mission is to simplify complex financial journeys through thoughtful design and intuitive interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to designing high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications
  • Support the UX design process including research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing
  • Participate in user research activities and assist in analyzing findings
  • Prepare and deliver design documentation and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with developers and senior designers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
  • Enhance user experience by contributing to visual design and micro-interaction elements
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and systems to inform innovative design solutions
Essential Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, HCI, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Figma; experience with design systems is a plus
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Portfolio demonstrating design thinking and execution (academic or personal projects acceptable)
Desirable Skills:
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS, UX writing, or animation tools
  • Interest in fintech or financial products
  • Attention to detail and a proactive learning mindset

You will have the opportunity to contribute to digital experiences used by over 1.2 million users, design for a multi-platform ecosystem, and participate in designing over 50 investment journeys across various financial products.
