Quality Assurance Director

The role entails overseeing the overall quality of applications, data, and development processes. This person will be responsible for managing and refining our software QA practices, defining and reporting on key quality metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that all system data and application features are of the highest quality.

  • This position requires an undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree).
  • At least 10 years of experience in QA is required.
  • Strong experience with application, data, and API testing, as well as a comprehensive understanding of QA manual and automation processes and software testing lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies and use of automated testing software (Agile/Scrum/SAFe, Playwright, Cucumber, TestRails, Selenium) is essential.

  • Strong database skills (SQL) are required.
