We are a marketing agency seeking an experienced paid ads growth specialist for eCommerce & Home Services brands. Our team has added $250 Mil+ in revenue for our clients over the last 5 years and is currently scaling our client roster.

For this role, we require someone who will push for better results and improve the overall experience working with us and our brands. The right candidate will be rewarded with performance incentives on top of base pay based on their results.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience researching account/brand demographics to create relevant ad copy and creative suggestions
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build confidence with clients
  • Ability to perform A/B tests to gather insights
  • A data-driven approach to decision making
  • Skill in suggesting and optimizing new ad angles, creative variations, promotions, and improvements to landing pages
  • Ability to keep up with industry changes and updates
  • Strong collaboration skills to help achieve target KPIs

Minimum requirements include:

  • Paid ads management experience on Facebook and Google for eCommerce/DTC brands
  • $25,000 in managed ad spend
  • 2-4 years of performance marketing experience
