The role of Webflow Developer is crucial in achieving this goal. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for creating high-quality web experiences that drive conversions, improve page performance, and provide an engaging user experience.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Working closely with designers and marketers to develop web pages and landing page concepts.
  • Monitoring site performance, running regular audits, and providing directional suggestions to the team.
  • Measuring conversion rates, traffic, bounce rates, and more to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Creating innovative interactive concepts in Webflow using your observations and learning.
  • Collaborating with content, design, and product teams to deliver cohesive web experiences.

For this role, we're looking for individuals with a strong background in Webflow development, responsive web design, and a keen eye for detail. Experience with design tools like Figma and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript are also essential.

Other qualifications include:

  • 3-7 years of experience working with Webflow to develop responsive websites.
  • Expertise in web design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Experience with SEO principles, including backlinking, keyword rankings, and ongoing optimization.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media tracking.
  • Exceptional technical problem-solving skills and ability to follow deadlines.
