At the Accounts Receivable Operations team, we're evolving commerce globally. Payment Analysts play a key role in timely and effective General Ledger account reconciliation.

The ideal candidate has integrity, confidentiality, and strong communication skills. They will apply advanced research techniques to accurately identify reconciling items, participate in month-end close activities, and recommend process improvement opportunities in reporting, reconciliation, and analysis.

Candidates with 2 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent are preferred. Knowledge of basic US GAAP accounting practices, experience working with US companies, and B2B collections knowledge are desired qualifications.

This role involves driving technology adoption and changes to improve efficiency, assisting with escalated cases, and communicating with internal resources to escalate and resolve differences. A detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical skills who is passionate about process improvement is encouraged to apply.
