Responsibilities:

  • Design Development: Lead the conceptualization and design of interior projects, developing project proposals, concepts, and designs for clients.
  • Client Interaction: Consult with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints, providing expert advice and solutions in line with client expectations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other designers, architects, contractors, and stakeholders, mentoring and guiding junior designers.
  • Quality Control: Ensure all design elements meet quality standards and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelors or Master's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-4 years of experience in interior design, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse residential and/or commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Exceptional design and spatial planning skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
