Content Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our content development team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing high-quality educational content for various subjects and grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop instructional content including lesson plans, worksheets, activity guides, assessment tools, and multimedia materials that align with national and international curriculum frameworks.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and designers to craft engaging, inclusive, and pedagogically sound learning materials that support academic excellence and 21st-century learning outcomes.
  • Ensure content is benchmarked, validated, and aligned with globally recognized standards.
  • Contribute to vertical and horizontal curriculum mapping.
  • Adapt content for digital platforms such as Learning Management Systems (LMS) or interactive apps.
  • Collaborate with multimedia teams to produce e-learning resources, interactive simulations, and video-based lessons.
  • Review, edit, and proofread educational materials for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and alignment.
  • Use rubrics, checklists, and review protocols to ensure quality control across all content deliverables.
  • Stay informed about best practices in content development, pedagogy, and education technology.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and content planning meetings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, English, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in academic content development.
  • Strong command over subject matter and pedagogy.
  • Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with instructional design models and education standards.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience developing content for digital platforms and e-learning environments.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, MS Office, Canva, and basic LMS platforms.
  • Exposure to design thinking, storytelling techniques, and learner-centered pedagogy.
  • Certification in content development, instructional design, or education technology.
  • Knowledge of modern assessment strategies.
