Entry-Level Accountant Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Accountant to join our team at Tradeshare.ai, a fintech startup building a Universal Accounting & Procurement Interoperability Platform.

This is an excellent opportunity for B.Com graduates or final-year students who want to begin their career at the intersection of finance and technology.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations by maintaining accurate financial records and processing invoices in a timely manner.
  • Assist in reconciliations and payment workflows, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with the finance team on basic reporting and compliance tasks, providing critical insights into financial performance.
  • Leverage accounting data to integrate with ERP, procurement, and fintech systems, enhancing business efficiency.
  • Work closely with product and tech teams to test finance automation workflows, driving innovation in accounting processes.
Requirements:
  • B.Com degree (completed or in final year).
  • Strong fundamentals in accounting, bookkeeping, and finance, with a focus on analytical skills.
  • Basic skills in MS Excel; familiarity with ERP/accounting software is highly valued.
  • Eagerness to learn about fintech and digital transformation in accounting, with a growth mindset.
  • Detail-oriented, motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic startup culture.
