Job Title: Software Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Software Infrastructure Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and maintaining our software applications.

  • Set up and maintain both on-prem and SaaS versions of Jira and Confluence.
  • Plan and execute cloud migrations to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Create and customize workflows, issue types, screens, and fields to meet specific business needs.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, and access to ensure secure and efficient system usage.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Atlassian products, particularly Jira and Confluence. You should also be skilled in scripting languages like Groovy and automation tools like ScriptRunner.

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues.
  • Apply updates or patches as needed to ensure optimal system functionality.
  • Integrate Atlassian tools with other systems and services through APIs or app integrations.
  • Create dashboards, filters, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
