As a Visual Excellence Manager for 3D Models, you will play a pivotal role in driving visual consistency across our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate visual standards by establishing and enforcing high-quality guidelines
  • Audit model accuracy, track rework trends, and lead corrective actions to optimize performance
  • Collaborate with trainers to enhance skills based on real data analysis
  • Develop SOPs, streamline workflows, and boost productivity without compromising quality
  • Enhance Jeeves scores, reduce rework, and promote internal model adoption

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 3–5 years of experience in virtual product staging
  • QA or team lead experience
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Blender, 3DsMax
  • Data-driven mindset + strong visual feedback skills
  • Degree in Architecture, Product Designing
