Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and engineering chops, with experience in delivering high-quality integrated data assets that support creating analytical models and visualizations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and transforming large sets of raw data into well-built integrated data assets using SQL, AWS Glue or other emerging technologies. They will also recommend, build and monitor robust and extensible data models that capture business performance from a customer experience lens.

Additionally, the Senior Analytics Engineer will identify and execute data quality testing along critical check points and surface data drift or data anomalies. They will maintain a high standard for accuracy of data and build automated processes to catch issues proactively and report.

They will be the expert in critical customer experience data assets and maintain a catalog for reference. They will lean into developing visualizations in Tableau and occasionally support data science teams with exploratory data analysis and KPI development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science or engineering
  • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in data drive solutions.
  • Expert in writing Advance / Complex SQL queries with strong experience in Python (NumPy & Pandas) and EDA and data processing / data infra tools such as AWS Glue, S3 or Redshift.
  • Proficient with Tableau or Power Bi (Must Have) for advanced visualization.
