Job Description:

The primary focus of this position is to ensure accurate and timely processing of cash receipts and payments. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the pending list of payments, communicating with treasury and external banks as required, and reviewing all closing documents to ensure accuracy of receivables data prior to closing. You will also be responsible for performing AR closing activities and working closely with the Credit Management team to address Cash on Account through prompt management of remittance advice and communication of significant values on key customers that are missing the appropriate backup.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least secondary education in Business or Finance and 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. You should possess strong organizational and communication skills, intermediate English language skills (verbal & written), and business/financial background. Knowledge of SAP is an asset, and you should be able to manage multiple tasks within demanding timelines and an occasionally stressful environment. Additionally, you should be familiar with accounting practices, demonstrate data entry speed and accuracy, and be flexible with shifts.
