The Role
  • We seek an experienced designer with a strong background in product development, particularly in home decor, furniture, and craft clusters.
  • You should have expertise in various materials, including wood, metal, terracotta, fabric, leather, bamboo, and others.
  • A proven track record of managing production schedules, coordinating with vendors and craftsmen, and ensuring high-quality results is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work with diverse teams, from designers to labourers, are crucial for this role.
  • Familiarity with tools like Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AutoCAD/3D Max, InDesign, Corel Draw, and KeyShot is a plus.

Requirements

  • Design Graduate from NIFT/NID or similar institutes with specialization in Lifestyle Product Accessory Designs or Furniture Design.
  • Hands-on experience in design and development, conceptualization, product illustrations, material explorations, and product development.
  • Ability to adapt to changing production needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Dedication to delivering high-quality work, process improvement, and teamwork.
