Job Title: Beauty Trainer Specialist

Role Description:

This role requires an experienced and skilled makeup trainer to lead training programs in makeup application, skincare, and beauty treatments at Orane International School of Beauty & Wellness Goa.

  • We are seeking a professional with expertise in creating engaging and comprehensive training content.

The ideal candidate should have experience in teaching or training, minimum 1 year, along with a diploma or equivalent certification in the relevant field (International Media Make-up preferred). The individual must be able to effectively communicate complex concepts to trainees.

Estimated Salary: ₹600,000 - ₹800,000 per annum based on qualifications and experience.

This full-time position is available for individuals willing to commit to a day shift schedule with opportunities for commission-based supplemental pay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality training modules on various aspects of makeup and beauty treatments.
  • Develop instructional resources such as manuals, handouts, and presentations to support effective training sessions.
  • Lead training sessions in-person or online, ensuring trainees acquire practical skills and knowledge in makeup application and beauty treatments.
  • Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve their skills.
