Job Description

Articulate Quality Assurance Strategy for AI-Driven Property Management Solution

Develop and execute a comprehensive quality assurance plan to ensure the highest level of performance, scalability, and reliability for the AI-powered property management platform.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement test strategies for AI agent decision-making, cross-agent workflows, and performance optimization to guarantee seamless interactions and exceptional user experience.
  • Test complex third-party integrations, such as Yardi, Elisa AI, Twilio, payment systems, and marketplace APIs, to ensure compatibility and secure data transfer.
  • Validate real-time data synchronization, conflict resolution, and webhook processing to maintain accurate and up-to-date information across the system.
  • Conduct thorough performance testing for high-volume concurrent operations and load scenarios to assess the platform's ability to handle increased traffic and demands.
  • Platform Testing & QA Management:
  • Execute comprehensive testing of Django REST APIs and Angular frontend applications to verify their functionality, security, and overall quality.
  • Test multi-tenant architecture, security features, real-time dashboards, and mobile applications to ensure they meet the required standards and provide an excellent user experience.
  • Develop and integrate automated testing frameworks with CI/CD pipelines to streamline the testing process and enhance efficiency.
  • Manage QA processes, documentation, defect tracking, and team coordination to maintain a smooth and productive work environment.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in software quality assurance with a strong focus on AI/ML testing and model validation.
  • 2+ years of experience in automation and testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, pytest, Jest, Postman, and JMeter.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Testing tools: Selenium, Cypress, pytest, Jest, Postman, JMeter
  • Programming languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL scripting
  • Frameworks: Django REST Framework, Angular, PostgreSQL, AWS, Docker
  • CI/CD: GitLab CI, automated testing integration, deployment validation
