Your Role

You'll be responsible for configuring or developing business & technical solutions on the Oracle Cloud. This involves working closely with customers to understand their goals, expectations, and challenges. Your expertise will drive the delivery quality on projects by ensuring adherence to standard practices and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze situations/data to configure or develop business & technical solutions on the Cloud.
  • Advise Project Managers and stakeholders on implementation aspects of the project.
  • Ensure team adherence to standard practices and procedures for overall delivery quality.
  • Leverage Oracle methodologies, tools, and leading practices.
  • Provide consistent high-quality solution leadership on OFS Cloud engagements.
  • Analyze and understand client goals, challenges, and areas of opportunity to align Oracle's Cloud applications for building optimal functional & technical solutions.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations, presenting and articulating product features and benefits, and configuring and testing overall Oracle Cloud solutions that delight clients.
  • Effectively utilize the Oracle Field Service Cloud platform along with other Oracle Integration and web technologies to deliver world-class solutions.
  • Prepare documentation detailing delivered solutions, integration, and migration strategies throughout the engagement.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation, consultation, and production support.
  • Experience in core implementation, business architect, product support, technical architecture evaluation.
  • Played a client-facing role as a Technology Architect/Lead Consultant.
  • Strong Oracle development skills with good oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant and hands-on experience in the field of Oracle Field Services Cloud and Salesforce Field Service Lightning.
