Job Title: Financial Operations Manager
">We are seeking a skilled and experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the financial operations function, including end-to-end accounting and reconciliation, and ensuring smooth month-end close and reporting.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in managing multiple partners and ensuring adherence to key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). They will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

- Manage multiple partners and ensure smooth month-end close and reporting
- Ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs
- Lead the audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence
- Build customer relationships and drive confidence
Requirements:
">Qualifications:
">- MBA Finance or equivalent degree
- Meaningful work experience in accounting and finance
- CA Inter degree and meaningful work experience in General Ledger preferred
