Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist - Healthcare

Position Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead quality audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks.

  • Apply Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to enhance efficiency and reduce process variability.
  • Analyze quality metrics and prepare regular performance reports for leadership.
  • Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on quality tools and standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field.

Six Sigma Certified (Green/Black Belt).

Strong knowledge of quality tools such as RCA, FMEA, Pareto, Control Charts, etc.
