Job Title: Construction Project Manager

About the Role:

A Construction Project Manager is responsible for overseeing construction projects, ensuring timely completion, meeting quality standards, and adhering to project plans. They work closely with the project team, subcontractors, and construction workers to ensure a smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work meets quality and safety standards, as well as any regulatory requirements.
  3. Safety Management: Implement and enforce safety protocols and practices to maintain a secure work environment for all personnel on the construction site.
  4. Resource Coordination: Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure efficient resource allocation.
  5. Technical Support: Provide technical guidance, resolve engineering issues, and make decisions related to construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including daily progress reports, site diaries, and change orders.
  7. Problem Solving: Address and resolve unexpected issues that may arise during construction, offering practical solutions to keep the project on track.
  8. Client Communication: Keep clients informed about project progress, address their concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Degree: BTech/ BE Civil Engineering
  • Experience: 0 to 4 years of experience in construction management.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
  • Knowledge of construction industry regulations and best practices.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
