Certified Sex Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sex Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychology, counseling, or sex therapy, and experience in conducting sales calls, consultations, or intake assessments.

This role combines therapeutic expertise with a focus on client acquisition and sales. As a Sex Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting initial discovery calls and pitching our treatment packages. You will also offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during the initial call, ensuring clients feel heard and validated.

You will work closely with our team of therapists, ensuring a seamless transition from discovery calls to ongoing treatment plans. You will maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress, ensuring accurate and up-to-date client information.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport quickly, and address client needs empathetically. You should have a strong understanding of psychological, sexual health, and relationship issues, as well as the ability to pitch and close sales in a professional and empathetic manner.

Main Responsibilities:

• Discovery Calls & Client Engagement: Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients, establish rapport, build trust, and pitch appropriate treatment packages.
• Therapeutic Support: Offer brief therapeutic support and guidance during the initial call, provide insights and recommendations based on client needs.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of calls, follow-ups, and client progress, assist in improving the discovery call process and treatment offerings.
