Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst I to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and identifying areas for process improvement.

About the Role:

As a Financial Analyst I, you will work closely with our Transfer Pricing team to support month-end activities, including closing sub-ledgers, general ledger account reconciliations, reporting, and balance sheet account analysis. You will also review and analyze flux changes, identify root causes, and develop recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 0-4 years of experience in financial analysis or related field.
  • Proficient in Excel, Access, Oracle, and Essbase/Smartview.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or Master's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Experience with financial planning and budgeting.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
