Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced US IT Contract Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle IT recruitment, sourcing top technical talent, and working with US clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements.
  • Utilize job portals, internal databases, and social media to source potential candidates.
  • Affirmative action planning, diversity and inclusion practices required
  • Negotiate compensation, benefits, and contracts with candidates and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants, and hiring managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in full-cycle IT recruitment, sourcing top technical talent, and working with US clients.
  • Strong knowledge of US labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
