Job Description:

  • We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our SAP Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives. This key role will be responsible for conducting change impact assessments, developing and executing change management strategies, engaging with stakeholders, and designing training programs.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities, as well as experience with OCM methodologies and tools. They must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote teams and independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change management within SAP environments.
  • Proven experience with OCM methodologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of SAP modules and functionalities.
  • Proficiency in project management principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote teams and independently.
