Senior Banking Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Banking Professional to manage our retail lending and liability business in Axis Bank's branch banking region for Deep Geo.

• Create an effective distribution channel for retail lending and liability business in the zone, driving business growth and productivity.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business expectations, ensuring operational efficiency and delivery of sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage teams in the zone, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
• Streamline partnerships with branch, asset, credit, and operation teams, enhancing collaboration and business outcomes.
• Map micro-markets and conduct market scoping activities to identify potential catchment areas, informing business development initiatives.
• Manage marketing activities and local-level partnerships to develop business in the zone, leveraging relationships and networks.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory norms, maintaining a strong reputation for Axis Bank.

• A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant field, preferably with an MBA.
• Strong experience in channel management, sales planning, and development, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of asset and liability business, with a solid understanding of financial markets and regulations.

The estimated salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
