About the Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced professional to fill a senior associate position.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the London Insurance Market Claims industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough claims analyses and verify policy/claims documents
  • Process claims payments, submissions, and tracking efficiently
  • Develop effective communication strategies with claim parties
  • Manage daily production, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met
  • Understand upstream and downstream processes of claims and their linkages
  • Apply analytical and reporting skills using Excel
  • Collaborate with team members as a proactive contributor
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Contribute to process improvements through innovative ideas

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree in a relevant field
  • Strong understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance principles
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the London Insurance Market Claims industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an office environment with rotational shifts
  • Immediate joiners preferred

Essential Skills:

P&C insurance, Lloyd's market experience mandatory

Desirable Skills:

P&C insurance, Lloyd's market experience desirable
