Expert AI Trainer & Curriculum Developer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled AI Trainer & Curriculum Developer to join our team. As a Master Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering expert-level AI training sessions, workshops, and seminars to diverse audiences. You will also lead the design and development of AI course materials, including curriculum guides, assessments, and exercises.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training Program Delivery:
    • Deliver high-quality AI training sessions, utilizing interactive teaching methodologies and tools to enhance learning experiences.
    • Conduct live, virtual, and hybrid training sessions/webinars.
  • Curriculum Development:
    • Develop comprehensive AI course materials, ensuring up-to-date and relevant content.
    • Collaborate with AI experts and instructional designers to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
  • Trainer Development:
    • Mentor and coach junior trainers, providing feedback and guidance to improve their teaching techniques.
    • Develop and implement train-the-trainer programs to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery.
  • Quality Assurance:
    • Evaluate and update training materials and methods based on feedback and emerging AI trends.
    • Ensure all training programs meet the highest standards of quality and learning outcomes.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Professional Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in delivering technical training programs, with a focus on AI, machine learning, and/or data science.
  • Proven experience in curriculum design and instructional methodologies.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in AI tools, frameworks, and platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, NLP, computer vision, and other AI technologies.

Training & Facilitation Skills:

  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and inspire learners from different backgrounds and skill levels.
  • Experience with both in-person and virtual training platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in AI-related technologies.
  • Experience in managing a team of trainers.
  • Familiarity with adult learning theories and instructional design principles.
