  • Strong proficiency in Workday Studio and Report Designer.
  • Extensive experience with BIRT report development including layout design and customization.
  • In-depth knowledge of PECI and PICOF integration processes.
  • Strong understanding of XML XSLT and web services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
