The ideal candidate will have comprehensive experience in finance & accounts, adept at finalization of accounts, financial reporting & MIS, financial controls improvement, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance & profitability analysis, treasury management, fund raising, income tax, GST compliance, auditing, RBI compliance, etc.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Statement Review: Review standalone and consolidated financial statements as per Ind AS / IGAAP requirements and coordinate with statutory auditors.
- Tax Compliance: Responsible for all Tax related matters including GST, Direct Tax, and Tax Audit.
- Financial Reporting: Review of quarterly and year-to-date financial results for presentation to the Board of Directors.
- Investment Monitoring: Participating in Investment Committee meetings monitoring investments & IPS compliance.
- Statutory Compliance: Review of reports/data and coordinating with corporate tax team for statutory compliances – tax returns.
Desired Candidate:
- Qualifications: Qualified CA with over 12 years of comprehensive experience in Finance & Accounts.
- Experience: Proven experience of working in NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company).
