Design for Test (DFT) Expert

We are seeking an experienced Design for Test (DFT) expert to lead our DFT efforts.

This role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of DFT methodologies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage 7+ years of experience in all aspects of DFT, including SCAN/ATPG, MBIST, Boundary Scan.
  • Integrate and verify DFT logic.
  • Debug low coverage and DRC fixes.
  • Simulate gate level ATPG with and without timing.
  • Generate, verify, and deliver patterns to the Automated Test Equipment team.
  • Support post silicon debug on failing patterns.
  • Utilize Synopsys tools like TestMAX.
  • Develop and automate flows and scripts in Perl/Tcl to enhance DFT methodologies and processes.
  • Mentor junior teams, provide training, and lead projects.

  • Strong understanding of DFT concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
