Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing workplace interiors that meet clients' needs and expectations.

You will work closely with other designers, architects, and strategists to develop comprehensive design concepts that reflect clients' vision and objectives. Your focus will be on designing workplace interiors for corporate clients, utilizing your skills in SketchUp, AUTOCAD(2D), Photoshop, and Enscape.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the team to develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications; creating realistic renderings and animations using Enscape; and selecting furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories to ensure cohesive and aesthetically pleasing designs.

In addition, you will be required to follow design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure that designs are safe and compliant with industry standards. You will also be responsible for attending meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and provide guidance and advice.

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent technical skills in design software, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate design ideas effectively. You should also be flexible and able to manage concurrent projects in various stages of development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience required in Interiors in Commercial (Office Interiors)
  • Creative and Innovative Thinking: Proven experience in workplace interior design
  • Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing your previous work and design style
