About the Role:

You will play a pivotal part in ensuring seamless deployment and integration of ALN solutions into our customers' networks. You will collaborate closely with technical teams and customers to design, implement, and integrate ALN solutions into production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with technical teams to design, implement, and deploy solutions in customer environments.
  • Contribute to technical project milestones, priorities, and timelines, including design, development, configuration, ATP, and monitoring.
  • Conduct system installations, configurations, and deployment testing to ensure customer acceptance.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of all ALN software to support technical support tickets and various customer architectures and project engagements.
  • Document lessons learned into the knowledge base and contribute to knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and product management teams to provide feedback on product improvements.
  • Manage tight deadlines – work efficiently to manage your time and adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
  • Support customer or partner maintenance windows as applicable to active projects.
  • Frequent communication with various departments, including Engineering, Sales, Manufacturing, Product Management, and Support.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey technical details clearly and concisely.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux systems for configuration and troubleshooting (Ubuntu/ Red Hat).
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts, including IP, TCP/IP, and protocols like RADIUS, DNS, Diameter, and DHCP.
  • Hands-on programming or scripting languages (Python, Bash, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (KVM, VMWare).
  • Familiarity with Docker containers, including troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience with project delivery.
  • The drive to learn and improve.

Deseired Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in cloud and IAAS providers (Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, etc).
  • Familiarity with modern web technologies (HTML5, REST APIs, etc.).
  • Certifications like CCNA, AWS Associate, or Red Hat Linux.
  • Exposure to Dell hardware and network hardware similar to Cisco or Juniper.
  • Knowledge of telecom protocols and wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, 4G, 5G).
  • Knowledge of 3gpp based solutions including but not limited to Gx, Gy, Gz, Sd and Sy interfaces.
  • Familiarity with network traffic monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with relational databases including Vertica.
  • ALN product knowledge.
