Job Description
  • The Associate will work in the financial services and fintech team at Alteria Capital, assisting in portfolio management, deal sourcing, and closing.
  • The role involves participating in all aspects of investment transactions, including sourcing, analysis, financial modeling, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
  • The Associate will monitor financial, operational, and market conditions of assigned portfolio companies, conduct monthly internal reviews, and manage credit risk.
  • The role also involves building a relationship network across the startup and venture capital ecosystem.
  • The Associate will assist in internal operations and strategic initiatives of the fund.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrable personal interest in entrepreneurship and startups.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of accounts and financials, strong attention to detail.
  • A self-starter capable of working in a fast-paced and open environment with limited direction.
  • Able to work independently towards objectives and collaboratively as a team player.

  • 1-3 years of professional experience.
  • Past experience in either early stage venture equity (seed/Series A) or in a transaction advisory/IB roles with venture companies is a plus.
