Project Coordinator Opportunity

Are you a skilled coordinator looking for a new challenge?

We are seeking a highly efficient Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the complete order cycle, working closely with suppliers, and tracking supplier performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the complete order cycle: closure → payments → supplier order → delivery to fabrication unit → fabrication process → QC → dispatch → site installation.
  • Working closely with suppliers to ensure accuracy, timely deliveries, and quality compliance.
  • Tracking supplier performance and proactively resolving delays or discrepancies.
  • Maintaining real-time status reports, ready to update management instantly when questioned.
  • Coordinating between stakeholders, including Project Manager, Sales, Purchase, Fabrication Unit, Logistics, and Site Incharges (in-house & client-side).
  • Ensuring installation teams are aligned for flawless project execution.

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years' experience in project coordination (windows/facade background preferred).
  • Strong understanding of supplier management and order flow.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on accountability.
