Our next generation of revenue teams will win by building lean, modular, and deeply aligned GTM systems. To make this happen, we're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing team and bring our brand to life across every channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design campaigns & events: Create assets for offline events and online presence, including social posts, digital ads, email graphics, landing pages.
  • Support sales enablement materials: Develop sleek sales decks, brochures, one-pagers, and case study layouts that resonate with prospects.
  • Elevate content design: Turn long-form content like whitepapers, guides, and reports into visually engaging formats.
  • Collaborate on web & landing page visuals: Work with marketers to design and refine website pages, landing page layouts, and visual elements.
  • Ensure brand consistency & evolution: Align all outputs with brand standards while contributing to branding guidelines.
  • Handle quick-turn requests: Handle day-to-day design asks from the marketing team (social media graphics, campaign visuals, event invites, templates) with speed and creativity.
  • Bring in new design ideas: Keep our creative fresh and competitive by spotting trends and introducing innovative designs.
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of experience as a graphic designer, ideally in the B2B space.
  • Proficiency in essential design tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Canva, and modern design trends.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, print, and web, as well as comfort with open-ended briefs.
  • High operator mindset: Deliver fast without compromising quality, with a bonus for experience with motion graphics, video editing, or HubSpot design components.

You'll become the go-to design partner for the marketing team, handling requests across campaigns, events, and content with confidence. The marketing team will be equipped with fresh, on-brand designs for sales decks, case studies, social media, and upcoming events. You'll contribute to defining the look and feel that will scale with us. Your designs will improve engagement across campaigns.

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll earn a reputation for being a high-operator designer — quick, reliable, and always leveling up the creative quality of the brand.
