About the Role:
- Drive outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify and connect with decision-makers.
- Pitch delivery capabilities and set up qualified meetings.
- Hunt new business opportunities within US-based staffing firms and tech companies.
- Coordinate closely with delivery and recruiting teams to align prospect needs.
- Maintain lead data, track KPIs, and manage CRM activity.
- Contribute to a high-impact growth function.
We're Looking for:
- 3–6 years of experience in US IT business development or inside sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting.
- Knowledge of tech staffing and IT job roles.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
- Hands-on with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email outreach tools.
