Project Coordinator Role Overview

The Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring seamless project execution and communication between clients, vendors, and the internal team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning: Prepare and review quotes, BOQs, and budgets for projects to ensure accurate estimates.
  • Design Management: Track and monitor design changes, updating documentation accordingly to maintain project efficiency.
  • Client Coordination: Collaborate with clients for approvals, progress updates, and clarifications to ensure client satisfaction.
  • File Organization: Organize and maintain all project-related files and documentation for easy access.
  • Vendor Communication: Act as a single point of contact for major clients, facilitating smooth communication and resolution of issues.
  • Post-Project Settlements: Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for settlements post-project completion.
  • Budget Analysis: Conduct thorough budget analysis for all projects, ensuring costs remain within approved limits.
  • Project Closure: Assist in final billing and closure of project accounts.
  • Support Functions: Provide administrative support to project managers and executives as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant Experience: Proven experience in interior execution, project coordination, or related fields.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of AutoCAD drawings, site measurements, and BOQs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English.
  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Software Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree/diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management preferred.
