Job Opportunity: AI Governance Specialist

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for ensuring the secure and responsible use of AI tools across the organization.

  • Data Privacy Controls: Configure and manage data privacy controls to prevent sensitive data from being used in AI model training and enforce zero-retention policies.
  • Audit Logs and Compliance: Deliver comprehensive audit logs, compliance reporting, and monitoring for OpenAI usage to ensure regulatory standards are met.
  • Guardrails and Moderation: Implement robust guardrails and moderation tools, including fine-tuned safety layers, to enhance security and reliability of AI applications.
  • Model Performance Analysis: Track and analyze model performance and usage metrics, producing regular reports for leadership to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prompt Engineering Optimization: Optimize prompt engineering and evaluate cost/performance trade-offs to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to API calls, latency, and integration failures to ensure seamless operation of AI tools.
  • Admin Guide and Knowledge Base: Maintain a detailed internal admin guide with setup/configuration steps, governance rules, and best practices for AI tool management.
  • Training and Development: Develop and maintain knowledge bases and wikis for developers and end users to facilitate knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Incident Escalation: Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for OpenAI-related incidents, providing expert-level support and resolution.
  • Collaboration and Governance: Collaborate with security, compliance, and engineering teams to expand safe and responsible use of AI tools across the organization.
