We are seeking a talented Lead Analytics Consultant to join our team at EXL. As a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience in analytics service delivery, consulting, solution design, and client management, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue for our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing / leading 1-2 engagement/ projects with different team structures and service delivery models. You will interact regularly with clients to understand business requirements, define analytical problems, structure, and communicate solutions, and ensure client satisfaction with strong business-driving results.

You will serve as the primary interface between senior client management and EXL senior leadership (VPs and SVPs) and play a critical role in defining the problem, structuring the solution, and executing against it.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience comprising analytics service delivery, consulting, solution design, and client management
  • Experience and strong knowledge of the analytics service industry with focus on B2C & Omni-channel retail across customer lifecycle and customer journey
  • Demonstrable leadership ability, superior problem-solving, and people management skills
  • Excellent listening, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in marketing, operations, sales, and supply chain along with project management, cost reduction, and business development in manufacturing / mobility/auto industry
  • Exposure to key concepts related to EV, Telematics, and IoT
