Creative Visual Designer

We are seeking a skilled Motion Graphics Designer to conceptualize and execute social media video ads creatively for a wide array of media.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design's production, ensuring timely completion, and training junior designers in design principles.
- Oversee design and production of all online and offline marketing material.
- Conceptualize and execute the creative design strategy behind ad campaigns.
- Ideate and execute graphic and video ads on a daily basis as per requirement.
- Create weekly research and ideation reports.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in video ad design.
- Proficiency in using design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Strong typography skills.
- Strong composition skills.
- Understanding of brand guidelines.
- Knowledge of social media advertisement.
- Ability to produce at least 2 Facebook video ads per day.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Continuous learning attitude towards new technologies and tools.
