Job Title: Data Analyst

This is a vital role where you will possess a unique blend of analytical expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, and a passion for improving patient outcomes through data-driven insights.

We are seeking a highly skilled and diligent professional to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and that patient complaints are thoroughly analyzed and addressed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to product quality and patient experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Collect, organize, and analyze data related to product performance (e.g., APRs) and patient complaints
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility for further analysis
  • Apply statistical software and data visualization tools to interpret and present findings
  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights from large datasets to support decision-making
  • Prepare comprehensive reports with analysis results and actionable recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all data analysis activities
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide insights and support for product complaint teams to enhance product quality and the patient experience
  • Presentation of data analysis results and recommendations to management and other key collaborators
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners

Technical Competencies:

  • Data Cleaning – Ensuring data integrity by identifying and correcting errors, inconsistencies, and duplicates
  • Database Management – Storing and organizing data in databases or data warehouses for easy access and analysis
  • Diagnostics Analysis – Investigating root causes of issues, including recurring product defects or frequent complaints
  • Visualization – Creating charts, graphs, and dashboards to clearly present data insights

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree and 0 to 3 years of experience with one or more analytic software tools or languages
  • AND experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet, or similar
  • OR
  • Diploma and 4 to 7 years of experience with one or more analytic software tools or languages
  • AND experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet, or similar
