Financial Reporting Specialist
As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end financial reporting process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS/US GAAP/IND AS standards.
- Lead the team in driving process excellence, ensuring efficient accounting practices, and maintaining effective internal controls.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support audits, compliance, and financial analysis requirements.
- Develop and implement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and quality.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality financial information and insights.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 10-14 years of overall experience, with at least 4-5 years in financial reporting and team leadership.
- Strong expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Proficiency in R2R/RTR processes, including general ledger, closing, and reconciliations.
- Chartered Accountant certification preferred.
