We are seeking an experienced Oracle VBCS and HCM Consultant to join our team.

Key skills include 10 to 12 years of relevant experience, designing and developing modern web and mobile apps using VBCS with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Technical Skills:
  • JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET to extend Oracle Cloud functionalities.
  • Dynamic UIs using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts.
  • VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
  • CI/CD tools and Git repositories for deployment and management.

Required Qualifications:

  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas.
  • Build and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems.
  • Manage security profiles, roles, data access and workflow approvals in HCM.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loaders.
