Service Operations Manager

The Service Operations Manager will lead and manage service operations for press part tooling customers, ensuring timely execution of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and resolving customer complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage service operations for press part tooling customers.
  • Handle AMC and ensure timely execution.
  • Resolve customer complaints with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Coordinate across departments for smooth service delivery.
  • Guide and mentor service engineers and technicians.
  • Ensure compliance with pharma engineering standards and safety protocols.
  • Maintain service documentation and performance reports.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sales and R&D teams for customer feedback and product enhancements.
  • Manage vendor relationships and third-party service providers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience in Pharma Engineering / Tooling industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and technical support capabilities.
  • Experience in handling audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Effective communication and customer relationship skills.

Work Arrangement:

This role can be performed remotely from Bangalore, India, requiring effective communication and collaboration with the team and clients.
